Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days for goods held in stock. If the goods ordered are special items or are currently “Out of Stock” we will send out your order as soon as the product becomes available. If for any reason we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order after the online transaction has been made is possible providing the goods have not already been despatched. A full refund will be made via your payment method used. Notification to cancel must be sent by email as well as phoning us within twenty four hours of placing the order. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly and in an acceptable condition. If there are any problems with your items please contact us by email as well as phone within twenty four hours.

In the unlikely event of any goods arriving damaged please return them immediately in the original packaging and in an unused condition for replacement.
